Was told that the security gate would be fixed when I first rented there, also that there would be a security panel put on the outside door to my unit like the other climate controlled units had. This was never done and my storage unit was broken into and everything was a mess and had been gone through. I have no idea what all was missing as it contained my deceased uncle's things I had brought here from Florida and hadn't gone through myself yet. The person who called me to tell me there was a break in said it wouldn't do any good to call the police, that they wouldn't do anything and I couldn't file for insurance on what was missing. The owner gave me two months free rent until I could make arrangements to move my things. The gate still isn't fixed and the fence is still not complete, there is still a large section open to the rv park.
